Millennium President Jayne Bronchetti Named One of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching” for 2018


Jayne R. Bronchetti, president of Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation, has been named one of Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching” for 2018, based on her lifelong pursuit of equality in the workplace at public and private companies.

Ms. Bronchetti keeps great company – this year’s 2018 list includes women executives from many global and national companies including The Walt Disney Company, LinkedIn, Mattel, Huntington National Bank, AutoGravity, Lincoln Financial Group, and Aflac among many others.

As president of a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Ms. Bronchetti has paved the way for diversity and inclusion with her dedicated and relentless focus on cultivating a diverse workforce. Among her achievements at Millennium, she was named one of the top CEO’s in Auto Finance, with recognition to her longtime dedication to diversity and inclusion. Additionally, she was a keynote speaker at Toyota Financial Services’ inaugural Mentorship Program Graduation for Diverse Suppliers.
